| Question: is it normal for a cat to make a loud long weird meow Casey Yes, it's normal for a cat to be a "talker". My cat makes "weird" meows all the time. He usually does this when I'm ignoring his usual meow, so he cries out even louder and longer. We also have a cat at our shelter right now, who talks ALL THE TIME! This guy yowls and moans, but it's just his way of saying, "hey, someone pay attention to me!" |
