Evil cat attacking another evil cat! EEK!

Hi I just got 2, 2 month old kittens a month ago. They have been nursing off a female cat we have (Gracie) that is not fixed and has never had babies. To protect her babies (at least we think) she has been attacking another female cat we have that is fixed (Mia) horribly causing Mia to pee all over!
She also attacked her brother once and made him go hide somewhere in the house and he STILL hasn`t come out! Do you think we should get Gracie fixedÉ Would that help at allÉ Please help!
I can`t stand to clean up any more pee! THANKS! -JESSICA
